2016 was the first year that ROKA participated in the Superior Taste Award, from iTQi, the International Taste & Quality Institute. We sent in our Cheese Crispies Gouda Cheese and these got a *** rating, which only happens very rarely when a product is sent in for the first time! 

The International Taste & Quality Institute, based in Brussels, is the world's leading organization dedicated to testing and promoting superior food and drink products. The judges are selected from the 15 most prestigious European culinary and sommeliers associations. The products are tested by blind judgment of the team of chefs and sommeliers.
