Cheese Crispies Pesto 100 gram

The original ROKA cheese crispies, which are made from refined puff-pastry (90 layers) and over 30% carefully matured old Gouda cheese, are enriched with a Mediterranean touch of Pesto. Pesto is a fine blend of Ligurian basil (Italy), some grated pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano, a touch of garlic and some extra-vierge olive oil. The major ingredient, basil, was used in ancient history by Coptic priests, to bless houses. Nowadays, the herb is still offered to guests to wish them prosperity. This 'Original crispy cheesebite' with a dash of Pesto goes delightfully well with a nice glass of wine and good friends.
