The original ROKA cheese crispies, which are made of refined puff-pastry (90 layers) and over 30% carefully matured, Gouda cheese, are delicately enriched with spicy Jalapeño peppers. The Jalapeño pepper is a Mexican chilli pepper, which is part of the capsicum family, grows in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours. The dried Jalapeño in the ROKA cheese crispies gives an extra spicy taste that remains somewhat longer. It is certainly recommended to have a nice glass of wine whilst enjoying this 'Original crispy cheesebite'.
