Cheese Crispies Gouda 100 gram

The cheese biscuits are made to the original recipe from 1946, by the Dutch patissier Jo Roodenrijs, the founder of ROKA. They are made with refined puff-pastry (90 layers), over 30% carefully matured old Gouda cheese and other high-quality ingredients, offering an intense and dominant cheese taste that melts on the tongue. In the early days of the company, Jo Roodenrijs introduced the slogan: "Cheese crispies, the other part of your cocktail". This "Original crispy cheesebite" is still inseparable from a nice glass of wine in good company.
